Healing happens when we come back into synergy with nature

Honoring our natural cycles and intuition allows the body to be the self healing mechanism it is. When trauma takes over our subconscious brain and life we can feel disconnected from our bodies. Our bodies are always trying to communicate to us about what they need and how they are feeling. But when we go through trauma, are living in stress and/or anxiety we can become disconnected to ourselves. This is because the pain and discomfort can seem unbearable, so our beautifully and interictally designed system will go into a state of numbing out, pushing through (fight or flight or fawn) in order to keep on going. What can happen in these states when the emotions are then stored in the body, in the fascia, is disease, depression, feeling manic, eating disorders, etc. Often we feel as if those parts of us are scary to visit. But love, that is why I created To Be Love. I am going to gently guide you back into your body, so we can feel to heal. I am going to give you tangible tools you can use for the rest of your life that will bring you back into alignment with yourself. You are not crazy for feeling big emotions, you aren't too much, and there is a way to release and overcome anything you are experiencing at the current moment. Being held in spaces where all of you gets to show up is the medicine. No more hiding, no more shame, no more thinking this is the way you have to be for the rest of your life. Abundance in all aspects is our birth right as humans. Lets join hand in hand and walk this path of freedom together. Through different modalities including: nervous system regulation, circadian rhythm, cycle syncing, and somatics you'll become the most optimal you.

Releasing stored trauma and emotions creates space for healing to occur

Somatics is the missing piece in healing. It is creating a felt experience. When we go through life we hold onto different experiences inside ourselves. Most of us are operating from the mind and neglecting the body. This is when anxiety can feel debilitating, eating to suppress, neglecting the needs of our bodies and turning to different vices to try and self soothe. Our body is our innate safe place. We just need to reconnect with ourselves to remember our bodies and minds are not against us. Through reiki, emotional/fascia release, and my intuitive channel, I will help you relieve yourself of trapped emotions, and energy to bring you back into a synergistic state. Here is where we can reclaim our autonomy; where we feel and regain trust in our own self healing abilities. You are not alone. I will guide you and hold you through this experience. Embodiment allows you to come back into your body to enjoy the place in which your soul lives

How good does it feel to move in your body? How does it feel to be sensual? Sensual and sexual are two very different things. Sensuality for women is how we restore balance into our lives. It's the magic we can use to heal ourselves, and the world. Yes, it is that potent. Creating a flow of energy through our body through movement is how we release emotions, cultivate our power, and tell our bodies we are listening intently. Loving who looks back at you in the mirror is so important. Not feeling embarrassment for dancing, and creating joy within is liberation. Together we will explore movement, nutrition, daily rituals, acts of ceremony to the self, to cultivate joy and sensuality into your life. You are beautiful, worthy of being seen, and deserve to love on the body in which you live in.
